What is HACCP?

HACCP is a process control system and although it is not a law or a legislation it is a protocol that provided guidelines

Why comply with HACCP?

These regulations have been prescribing the implementation of HACCP mandatory guidelines in the European territory since the 1 st January 2006. Its aim is to avoid food contamination in the food preparation process, to prevent any unsafe food from leaving the process (this process could be for a food processing plant or food preparation in a restaurant)
