Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation
 
Cancellation of an order will be credited as soon as we have been informed, if the goods have already left the warehouse we will credit all monies except the delivery charge if it applies.
 
On receipt of the goods the purchaser must inspect the goods and on arrival  advise of any missing or broken items . Any issues with the goods must be advised to Soho Commercial ltd within 7 days of delivery of the goods. Any damaged goods must be informed on arrival.
 
Collecting and replacing
 
PLEASE NOTE - If the items ordered and delivered are a different specification to the ones ordered we will collect and replace the goods. If the goods are broken we will replace the goods. We will require a picture of the damaged goods and the delivery must have been signed Damaged goods OR Refused at point of delivery.
 
Returns
 
Returns due to customer error will have a restocking charge of 25% and must be returned to Soho Commercial Ltd in the original boxes , undamaged and by the customer . We do not collect if the error or return is no fault of Soho Commercial Ltd
 
Goods being returned must have the customer details and invoice number attached to the packaging.
 
Once the goods have been returned they will be inspected and credited as long as all parts are returned undamaged and in original packaging.  The monies will be returned the same way as they were paid.
